Formed in 2006, Warfield and Company merged with Donovan, Klimczak and Company in 2017 and is managed by founder Rich Warfield. Rich is an accounting professional with over 35 years experience.

Our staff has a wealth of experience earned at large accounting firms, industrial concerns, and corporations, offering our clients “big firm” experience at affordable rates. We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
